DISCOUNT AUTO REPAIR & SPECIAL CUSTOM WELDING

We brought in our 2013 Ford Escape the other day. The customer service was fantastic and very friendly. We got a call early the next day with details about our list of issues. It was all done by the end of the next day. When i called just now with a question, i once again recieved friendly and professional service, in a way that is missing so often these days.

Very glad i went here, will be coming back if i need other repairs in the future.

I googled auto welding shops and they came up. I read the reviews and gave them a call. Bill was kind and understanding with my concern about my vehicle. We brought it in, they inspected it and quoted a reasonable price. The plan changed for me that night and I called Bill the next morning. He was understanding and accommodating to the change in plans and offered additional service to further assist us . I will definitely be in contact with them again and I feel we have another mechanic. I also noticed the waiting area and shop area looks well maintained and orderly. I appreciate that, especially with the work that's done in an auto repair shop.

These guys are hands down the best garage I have ever taken my car to. Not only do they get me in right away, but they finish quickly, are extremely affordable, and most important they are honest. Never have I felt like I was being taken advantage of or tricked into getting services I didn't need.

I am not from the area and know jack squat about cars and these guys take care of my car just like my dad would. Recently I had about $800 worth of work needed on my car that would have easily been well over 1K anywhere else. They were ready to have it done within a day but were willing to hold it until I got paid. Then I went into labor and they were extremely understanding that I wouldn't be there to pay and pick up my car right away.

Bottom line: love these guys. They do great and honest work and I would 10/10 recommend to anyone I know!

These guys are great at discount auto! Honest, excellent at their knowledge of everything cars and I mean everything! The only problem they have, they are so good, they are so busy! Word of mouth travels fast great mechanics are hard to find and when you have a garage filled with them, there may be a wait if it’s not an emergency!
