“Redford Safe & Lock was the third place I went to seeking to replace my broken key fob. The first two placed had Google business listings but were actually empty storefronts. The workers at Redford couldn't guarantee that cutting a new car key from the fob I brought them would work. I decided to give it a shot. They cut the key twice before it fit into the door lock. When I got home, I programmed the fob transmitter successfully. They were upfront and wanted to satisfy a customer with one key just as they did a fellow customer who cut almost 25 keys. “I stopped in instead of fighting the busy crowd at home depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was looking for a brass adapter for my gas dryer line and the young man that helped me was more than exceptional. He helped me find what I needed and explained some things about gas fittings that I didn't know. Just want to say thank you for being so kind and helpful. The cashier was even super nice and greeted me as I walked in.... honestly it's sad to say you don't get that many places anymore. Definitely a place I'll stop at again!”
