After having difficulties with a body shop and still working out the issues with insurance, I found myself needing to turn in my rental at last minute till another rental could be arranged. I was very distraught when turning in vehicle and forgot to take care of something on my end for the rental. The employee was very kind and understanding and saved my day and my sanity! She said don’t worry about it, we’ve got you covered. Thank you Sarah Mumoz who was working at the airport that night!! My second rental was through Enterprise as well and the experience was great and even remembered my part this time before turning in. 👍🏻

I’ve used them several times but this one deserves a review... (which I never do) The entire staff was always extremely kind and helpful!

Especially Joel - who took numerous long phone calls to help solve my problems and went above and beyond several times! Never rushed me off the phone or made me feel unimportant - regardless the difficult situation and being stood up by me TWICE (because of my Autistic son).

They are an excellent rental service and highly recommend them.

The car was in excellent condition, clean, came with sanitation wipes... full gas... details on how to operate everything... all questions answered without feeling rushed out of the door...

Was not pestered on bringing the car back in even though kept it weeks after as I searched for a new vehicle. Yet kept in contact over my problems with insurance company!

I have used them for YEARS and always will - they will pick you up and drop you off when and if available... they give the best customer experience of any rental place I have ever used.

The whole experience with Enterprise was phenomenal!!! Called a few days ahead and reserved my midsized car for the weekend. When I arrived to pick up my rental I was upgraded to a smaller SUV at no extra charge to me. The service was fast and easy and the ladies at the rental location were very friendly. I will recommend Enterprise for anyone needing a rental car. And I will definitely be renting from them in the future.
