“Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my fur baby Balou. They were very wonderful to us and let us take our time. They made us feel comfortable and took such good care of my baby. They met all our needs. Having done this before in 2015 and 2019, I feel this time we were treated with more compassion. I definitely recommend them. They got us in same day. Thank you to all the staff. I will be taking my other fur baby there now. Also, the place they go through for cremation was AMAZING. They did such a great job and did everything I asked and more. I was truly grateful”
