I got in the same day I change my PCP. Dr.penn and his staff were so welcoming and he listened to all my concerns and medications and didn’t profile like most doctors do ! I was so relieved to had seen him and finally someone who wanted to do more than shove medication down my throat! I walked out of his office crying tears of relief and happiness. “I ordered 2 large pizzas and a side of garlic knots for takeout. One of the pizzas was the spinach and tomato, but I received a veggie pizza instead. It was very disappointing, since I don't like mushrooms or banana peppers. I called the store and spoke with a team member. He offered to remake the pizza to correct the error and said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. True to his word, the pizza was ready when my boyfriend arrived to pick it up, and he brought me home a perfectly cooked, hot and cheesy, spinach and tomato pizza. They even remembered to put on the onions I added to my original order. Thank you for correcting this so quickly - that pizza was amazing and delicious, and truly made my day! I appreciate you making it right, and will absolutely order again from your store!”
