“I just purchased a C7 Shiatsu massage seat as a gift. They are shipping it for me, which I GREATLY appreciate. I ran over to this store between flights, the transaction was quick and easy. Jessica helped me, she was friendly. The only complaint I had was that they do not have the correct store hours listed on Google Maps. I've been trying to get to their location several times during the last week to make this big purchase, but every time I was in the DTW airport they were closed! Even though their store hours say they close at 10pm (on the days I was there). So they never updated their hours after the pandemic started. They should have. Even worse, the phone number listed doesn't work anymore, so I couldn't even call them to see what their closing time is! This associate that helped me today said she would tell the store manager about these issues. I hope the massage seat works! It's a surprise for my husband.”

“I went to an O'Reilly by my house last night to pick up new winter blades for my car. I was going to have my mechanic put them on today. When I was getting an oil change. Well my mechanic couldn't figure it out. 🙄. (No comment) So I headed to work and stopped by this O'Reilly. My mechanic thought the blades didn't come with the right adapter. Well I spoke to the man behind the counter. He told me to pull my car up to the front of the store. He came out to put them on. He showed me how the take off the old blades and choose the right adapter. That came with the blades. Then showed me how to install them. My mechanic had bent the wiper arm. He went inside and grabbed some pliers to fix it. This guy was so nice and helpful. So I highly recommend this location and O'Reilly. They've gone above and beyond to help me before. Thanks guys. He greeted my family when we arrived, made my children feel as if they were at home. They enjoyed watching tv and looking at the new phones.
