“I would like to start off this review not only is based by my recent experience, but also the years I’ve belonged to verizon. If you would like great service come to this location. I recently worked with Shon, who was friendly, good conversationalist, and willing to help me in anyway possible. I spent almost 6 hours at the verizon in novi just before and had gotten no where with my broken phone, including very unfriendly staff. That unfortunately made me leave feeling like I as a person did not matter. Shon was able to help me in 1 hr time. I left the store with a huge smile on my face and a brand new phone. I’ve gone to this verizon for years and since moving I tried a new location. After second try there I found myself driving 40 mins and that drive was well worth it. The staff has always been great. Not to mention, I may regret this but they always have a good stock at the store so I do not have to wait and order a phone. Highly recommended. Shon thank you for the wonderful service!!!”

“My son and I visited the Allen Park, MI Guitar Center on 6/5/21. The mission was to find a new 5-string bass for my son. While there, I headed into the keyboard area (I took lessons as a child but haven't played since 1989 or so). Kyle approached me and we just started chatting. I appreciated his easy going, relaxed nature. As we talked, he asked if I ever thought about playing again and my answer was "all the time, but I don't have a lot of free time." He explained to me that they had some great keyboards without a lot of money out of pocket. So, I ended up purchasing a Casio CDP S350 that they had on sale. I'm glad that I did! I love this unit and have already downloaded an app to help be get reacquainted with the keys. Thank you, Kyle, for your assistance and your calm and reassuring demeanor. Your kind words about playing an instrument struck a chord with me. If you're Kyle's manager and reading this, please mentor him and help him grow. I work in sales and see a lot of potential in this young man!”

“Shortly after 8 o'clock this morning I called Sound Communications to determine what exactly they do. A woman answered in a courteous, pleasant tone. ¡ Aha ! I thought -- not another labyrinth of computer-driven menus -- a live person! And lucky I was, as within 3 minutes Elise told me that Sound Communications sells, installs and services high-end video and audio systems in commercial businesses and houses of worship. It was not a business that can serve my immediate needs, but the few minutes I spent talking with Elise were most informative and pleasant. -- tg”
