I will hang on to it, so I will be able to find them again when it comes time to buy again! “We visited Factory Mattress on a busy Friday afternoon. I had called in advance for their store hours and spoke with the manager, James, about their mattresses I had seen online. He gave me some advice and I let him know we would be that afternoon. When we arrived, there were several customers in the store, either checking out mattresses or speaking with James directly. He was the only employee at the time. When we entered, he temporarily left a customer to greet us and then returned to the customer. He seamlessly moved amongst all the customers, paying attention to all at individual times. We waited patiently for our turn; and in fact, the customers ahead of us sat at his desk for quite a time, debating pricing, and finally decided they didn't want to purchase. By the time they left, we and another woman (resting on a mattress) were the only customers. James showed us the mattresses in our price range, and we chose one that would be delivered the following day. We ended up picking up the mattress on Sunday, and again, James was professional, calm, kind and friendly. It was quite a pleasure doing business with him!”

“I like the brands that are available here. They have bamboo bathroom tissue and thats hard to find nowadays. Staff are friendly and helpful and if you shop early Sundays you'll have the store mostly to yourself! The water bottles come from mountain springs of New York and holiday decorations are always plentiful here. They also have a great variety of mini brands toys that my kiddo is fascinated by right now. Only place I've been able to find mini Hot Wheels & Transformers.”
