“I have lived in park Estates for almost 7 years, out of the 7 years there has been a lot of issues with in management, and maintenance. However the newest owners/park management(chris) have finally started making successful changes. After 4 years of a disaster of a house Chris has finally come through and is helping to get my house remodeled and fixed correctly. “Recently moved here a couple months ago. The office staff has been friendly and extremely helpful. Janice is the office was a huge help in the whole process of buying my trailer. The roads are decent, they're pet friendly, my neighbors are great. It's been a good expirience overall. Every park will have it's pros and cons but this park definitely has more pros.”

“Rv'd here during the offseason for a couple weeks. Was mostly secluded. Offered electrical hookup, and they have water during warm seasons. There is a dump site, ask for location. Staff was helpful. There is a bathhouse with shower. Heads-up check their calendar for events schedule. For instance I got home around halloween to find a massive holiday party.”

“Very clean and cheap. Not like some of the other bed bug ridden motels around there. Although the rooms are small, you can also adjust the heat and the air conditioning. It's also located on a bus route that goes by the same name at that stop both the 200 and 210 Smart bus stops at the Alpine stop.”

“Stayed this past weekend and I really enjoyed it. Room was very comfortable and property was clean. Literally 3 minutes from the terminal at the airport which was so convenient. They don’t have their full breakfast at the moment since they’re still under Covid procedure but they had a lot of options. There’s also a Starbucks a few minutes away which was nice. I’m a manager at a Choice Hotel myself and it was nice to see that they follow the standards and keep the hotel up very well. Great hotel for a quick stay near the airport. Thanks so much!”

“I didn't know there was a $50 cash deposit upon check in. Despite that, this is a very nice little get- away. I had a personal problem that complicated my check in but the owner was very understanding and accommodating. Even asked if I was alright because I was still a little emotional upon arrival. My room was very nice. Set up very well. Very welcoming and comfortable. The fireplace is a very nice touch. I only wish they had left the heat, at least, on low because it was a little chilly when I first went in but it warmed up quite nicely. The whirlpool/ jacuzzi was great. I felt like I was in there all night. I was so relaxed by the time I got out I was ready for a good night's sleep. I went outside to smoke and discovered it was still daylight. Lol. I suppose I was in there for about an hour and a half. What a great way to spend the evening. I would definitely recommend this for a traveler or a "stay-cation". This was my "stay-cation" and it was well worth it. I really needed this. I know some people have had a bad experience but... you can't please everyone. Come see for yourself.”

“The owner Jay is very kind as is his wife. Very reasonably priced. Jay has integrity... He cleans the room of a guy with no legs daily without complaint or charging extra. If I need a couple hours to get the money he is understanding and never makes me feel bad about it... He shovels the snow himself for the whole property. Hard working,kind, respectful man. I snuck my dog in the first week or so I was here and when he found out he simply asked that I take her out back to do her business... Wasn't mad... No extra charge... Since then I have been up front and honest with him (if I need extra time to pay or whatever) and everything has been more than exceptional.”

“my girlfriend works in the area 3-4 days out the week. so we come here while she works. we both have tried other hotels and for the price this is the best one. they treat us great. the breakfast is clutch. we're always cozy and have been staying here for 2 months now. only problem we ever had was the A/C unit. it turns off every two minutes and never stays on in some rooms other than that most room are cozy. wish we got deals for staying here all the time but unfortunately we don't. if they offered a rewards program for loyal customers that would be sweet. would love to meet the head manager of this hotel to maybe work something out like that for people who live/ stay here often.”
