All my questions were answered in advance. Hardie plank or trim was used. Once old siding was removed, additional problems were uncovered. Options and costs were promptly discussed with me. Everyone involved was considerate and polite. The completed work is excellent! The exterior of my house is in the best condition since it was built (in 1978). From the carpentry to the painting, the crews were meticulous. Even the cleanup exceeded my expectations. Great job!”

She asked the colors I wanted as this is from our company to our employee, she asked the florist what his suggestion was, then she asked what was most appropriate for the card and when I gave a pathetic answer of a generic "Sorry for your loss" she suggested something much more meaningful. They have two cats I forget this cat's name, but this is also what gives this hardware store that down-home feel it makes it real personal if you go to the big box stores you're not going to have a cool cat like this to make friends with. I work as a maintenance man for an apartment management company, and frequently I will get what I need here they don't have everything that the big box stores do but this is a lot closer then the big box stores gamma and if they don't have something they can order it for you.”

“We visited Factory Mattress on a busy Friday afternoon. I had called in advance for their store hours and spoke with the manager, James, about their mattresses I had seen online. He gave me some advice and I let him know we would be that afternoon. When we arrived, there were several customers in the store, either checking out mattresses or speaking with James directly. He was the only employee at the time. When we entered, he temporarily left a customer to greet us and then returned to the customer. He seamlessly moved amongst all the customers, paying attention to all at individual times. We waited patiently for our turn; and in fact, the customers ahead of us sat at his desk for quite a time, debating pricing, and finally decided they didn't want to purchase. By the time they left, we and another woman (resting on a mattress) were the only customers. James showed us the mattresses in our price range, and we chose one that would be delivered the following day. We ended up picking up the mattress on Sunday, and again, James was professional, calm, kind and friendly. It was quite a pleasure doing business with him!”
