“Quick story for everyone reading. Milton did an Air ride Setup on my bike a week before I was supposed to go on a week long bike trip. Well of course the day I was supposed to leave, one of the wires shorted out the controller “My fault” and I was pretty much SOL!!!!! I called Milton and he was out to dinner, told me to bring it to his place “Gave me his home address” in 30 minutes and he’ll see what he can do. I got there and he did something that made me a lifetime customer. He started taking parts off of HIS OWN BIKE! Just so I could make my trip. Literally took his own bike out of commission, just so I didn’t miss my trip. I don’t know any shop that will do that for anyone! Hands down the best shop I’ve ever dealt with!”

“I'll start by stating that I've been riding motorcycles for 20 years, and I've purchased over 11 motorcycles. I've also had the unfortunate experience of being jerked around by motorcycle dealers trying to walk away with as much as possible from a deal instead of creating a win/win scenario and a repeat customer. Bright Power Sports sets an entirely new standard; they provide one of the best experiences I've ever had. I found a motorcycle on their website that I'd been looking to buy for almost the last three months (A Kawasaki Concours 14), so I contacted them. I sent an email late at night asking for the OTD price and was contacted by Ryan Gall the next day. Within the first sentence, he responded to my question about the price; no gimmicks or BS trying to trick me into coming into the store, just the detailed information I needed. The OTD price for the motorcycle was fair, so negotiation wasn't necessary, and that's 100% exactly how it should be. If there's anything I've learned, if you have to haggle the OTD price, there are two things wrong: You're talking to the wrong dealer, or you're buying the wrong motorcycle. So, after a brief deliberation on my end, I immediately put a deposit down and began making arrangements to come from Texas (almost 1200 miles away) to finalize the deal in person and then ride the motorcycle back home. Once I got there, I received the same consistent service and care from Ryan and the finance manager, Megan. By the way, Megan did a fantastic job in helping me secure the extended manufacturers' warranty and financing before I even got there. So, signing the paperwork took less than 3 minutes! Another significant part of this entire experience was how much everyone cared; Ryan reminded me that because of the long trip home, I needed to be sure and take care of the first 600-mile service. So, this gave me a great idea to ride 300 miles to Mackinaw and back so Bright Powersports could also take care of my first service. I later learned that Bright Powersports when the extra mile to coordinate for Rich, one of their techs, to come in to perform my first service! I even got a chance to chat with Rich; he was so friendly and answered all my questions! I can't stop telling my friends about how exceptional Bright Powersports is; I wish we had one here in Texas! However, without a doubt, I would come from Texas to purchase my next Kawasaki from them again! Everyone I interacted with was so professional, courteous, and took great pride in their work; I also saw lots of camaraderie amongst them. Thank you, Ryan, Megan, Rich, and the Bright Powersports team, for such a fantastic experience!”

“The best pizza rolls in all of Garden City, bar none! The rolls are fat, doughy and have plenty of sauce, pepperoni and cheese inside. They also have other varieties, but I have honestly never tried any of those. All of my friends from outside the USA who come for a visit always ask how late Villa Bakery is open. The memory of the pizza rolls stays with them. Villa has all of the usual bakery cookies and snacks, but make sure you try the Angel Wings. They appear thicker than you are probably used to, but they are a very light and flaky. All the "regular" Italian and Rye breads are much better than Panera or someplace like that. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent Customer Service. Our goal in life is to exceed our customers expectations with the way we handle our business. Some days it is simple and other days it is a little more challenging. When we decided to get into the seamless gutter business about a year and a half ago we spent a good amount of time researching machines on our own. When talking directly to the manufactures they all say the same thing, "Our machines are the best, blah blah blah..." We were looking to grow a business and wanted a machine that could grow with us but didn't have any idea which to get. This is when we were grateful that we found Sean Green at Magnum Tools. Sean educated us from the very beginning, not selling us on one specific machine but listened to what we needed, he also gave suggestions that we never thought of. We purchased a machine and because of the education we felt like we were ready to go from the day it arrived. This was a year and a half ago. 1 week ago we needed more equipment to expand our business and Sean was the first person we called, he educated us again on Metal Breaks and I have purchased another piece of equipment that will further expand our business. We are already talking about more equipment in the near future and we will be working with Sean Green and Magnum tools for our needs in the future. Thank you Magnum Tools you guys know how to treat a customer. Do not hesitate to give these folks a call they will take great care of you. BTW I am not sure how someone could give this company a 1 star review based on something that is out of the control of their company. Keep in mind Magnum Tools is not the manufacturer so they don't control everything. If there was a delay on shipment it was not because of anything Magnum Tools can control.”
