“BEST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was banking across the street from this auto shop. Came out to my car after I was done banking and when I went to leave my car would not come out of gear. Not being from the area I was not really sure what to do but then remembered seeing their shop across the street. So I called them and explained my situation to Casey and he offered to walk over to the bank to see if he could help me. After looking at my car he said it was my shifter cable. He would have to have my car towed to his shop and would get it fixed for me the next day. Not knowing the area or his place of business I was reluctant to just hand over my keys but he assured me i was in good hands and that he would take care of my car. He definitely did take care of me and had my car ready the next day as promised. I am forever grateful. Thank you Casey!!”

He made a suggestion on a different shoe than I was looking at, which turned out to be the right choice. In addition, he also saved me money and I had the shoes in 2 days! When one of the shoes had an issue after a few rows, I again reached out to H2row by email (after business hours) explaining my problem. To my surprise, I received an immediate response to my email stating that they would replace my shoes, and that I would have them in 2 days. Ron delivered on his promise and my new shoes arrived 2 days later! I gave 5 star review based on service, promise to stand by their product, and overall commitment to the rowing community. “June 30th, I picked an order made by my family. Order was 4 large pizzas (margarita, pepperoni, BBQ chicken & veggie with beef as an additional topping). All pizza tasted great and fresh. Figured out later that I was mistakenly over charged most likely cause the store was busy the moment I walked in to pick up the order. Went back to the store the other day and explained the issue and they were so cooperative and checked my order versus what was paid and they apologised for this mistaken and offered a refund ad store credit, refund or get something on the spot. I took some sweets. Customer service was superb, staff were so friendly. I don't know what all negative reviews are about and I doubt their fairness. Everything went great, food was great, store was very clean and staff were awesome Keep up the hard work guys.. definitely will be back soon.”
