“Pilates saved me from my depression. Trigger warning for eating disorders and medication just in case: I have a complicated history with my body and exercise. I've been in recovery for an eating disorder for over 5 years but I never found an exercise that didn't feel like punishment. I randomly went to a free class after my sister recommended it and I was hooked! I've been going to Club Pilates since September and I feel AMAZING. Typically Jan-March is the hardest time of the year for my depression but this year my it's almost non existent. I even opted to completely come off my anti depressants! (this is NOT a good option for everyone but I was fortunate that it worked out). Something that I really value about Club Pilates specifically is their amazing staff. The way they teach is incredibly inclusive and they make you feel like you can handle any work out. I never hear any language involving weight loss or bodily appearance (something that can be really triggering for people like myself). I 100% recommend Club Pilates!”

“It was a Tuesday so we said why not?? It was the best decision to go to The Taco Factory after some hectic Christmas shopping with our two year old. Instantly we were greeted to have a seat and the fresh chips and salsa arrived at our table with a friendly smile. The chips were delicious and instantly satisfied our busy two year old. We asked a couple questions that helped our make our order of two steak tacos, one street steak taco, a order of birria tacos and a side of rice. Just what I like, our food came quick and hot! Everything was on point and we we’re actually able to enjoy a meal with our kid and not wait forever for service. Great job Taco Factory !”

“Dr. Alex is one hell of a doctor!! My son is almost 5 & has been seeing him since he was a newborn, I’ve switched my daughter over as well who’s now almost 7 and has been seeing him since she was 2! Dr Alex has literally been one of the best doctors I have ever been to! Not only does he do his job in his office but to mend a mothers mind he will answer your questions via fb & give you his personal number! I’m one of them mothers who have a million questions & freak out over everything little on my babies & he has always made me comfortable asking whatever I needed ! He’s great with the kids both of my babies are comfortable with him & they always either make sure you get a same day appointment or next day!! The staff is amazing and he is absolutely wonderful ! I could not even imagine taking my kids anywhere else ! I highly recommend him! & now my mom Also brings my brother to him!!& they absolutely feel the same way! He’s wonderful! He’s kind!
