“I found a great person to work with here and so have others I know. Super nice people. The counselors here are better than at any of the other places in the area. The arrangement of the offices inside the building is weird and not really mobility handicapped friendly. Currently the only bathroom available on the first floor is located in the urgent clinic (which is not where an immuno-compromised person should be) they share the building with and it is extremely difficult to maneuver a wheelchair into. There were plans to add another first floor bathroom in MMP's space--I will update if the situation changes. They do have tele-appointments as well, so the in-person layout can be avoided.”

During our pre-op discussion, the nurse/assistant and Dr. Bryan explained the whole process including the anesthesia in details and patiently answered all my questions. Their pre-op and post-op instruction sheets were easy to follow. When the pre-op discussion was close to the end, the billing team had already talked to my dental insurance provider and gave me an accurate cost/estimate. The surgery/procedure went smoothly. The nurse/assistant called me after I got home to make sure I was doing all right. I followed almost all the instructions on the post-op sheet, and I no longer felt the pain and the swelling around day 7. I would highly recommend Dr. Bryan and his team for tooth removal!”

“I suppose it makes sense that a place like this would have pretty much only five star or one star ratings. Take it with a grain of salt based on the individual's perspective (to include their state of mental health). Yes it is true that you may wait a very long time to see certain doctors. It is also true that there is excellent care to be had with the staff here, for little or no cost. My experiences have been nothing but positive with psychiatrist, therapist, case managers, group therapy, administration, etc. Yes there are one or two bad seeds, a couple of staff I've encountered with bad attitude and lazy ethic. The front desk staff is amazing except for "That One B." If you go there you will know who I'm talking about! Overall, this place saved my life and I will be forever grateful.”
