“Have had a great experience with all doctors, nurses, and front staff at this office. They have been absolutely wonderful and I love that I don’t have to worry about who my daughter will be seeing. Good availability and they are so great with the kiddo. Very clean rooms and lobby. Love that there’s enough space to distance from others & I never have too long of a wait time. Definitely recommend them! Only disappointment was the extremely rude after hours operator Carmen, but I don’t know if they’re actually affiliated with the office.”

“Scheduling an appointment online is super easy. Once there, all the staff are very kind and clearly demonstrate their skills. Bedside manner can be lacking in most physicians but I have had the best luck there ( pretty close to better than my primary physician). In a pinch they have helped me now 4 times with last minute issues that my primary couldn't. Even when I kept them past closing time, they never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Hands down always a positive experience.”

“The office was phenomenal, very clean and Dr Dorman is amazing. I will say the receptionist were not as pleasant. I did not receive any information prior to my visit more than to confirm. They were not interested in helping when I arrived thinking my PCP had sent the referral and they hadn’t. They gave no options other than “we don’t have it.” They would have preferred me to leave as they were not assisting me to get what I needed. After I made some phone calls and my PCP jumped through some hoops and helped me to get it sent over I saw Dr. Dorman. After my appointment I needed to set up a surgery. Before I took the appointment I asked if I needed to have any restrictions after the procedure. One of them said no the other said yes. Knowing I had a vacation the next week I had to ask them to go ask the dr to see about any restrictions (they seemed frustrated by me asking that). All in all a great experience. Don’t want to rate the office or the drs less for their reception staff. I do think the people responsible for talking to all the people should be a little more caring and helpful.”

“Five out of five stars. I liked everything about this space. Dr. Mason has recovery on lockdown which is fantastic since it's attached to the gym. Great concept. He greeted me himself and went over everything they had. He was very informative about each modality and the benefits. I did cryotherapy for the first time and he walked me through each step. I'm not a fan of cold but it was kind of refreshing and I felt so alive afterwards. I wanted to do it to simulate my metabolism. He also recommended that the cold plunge pool. I need to work myself up to that. I would definitely go back.”
