My contacts were bothering me and I had just started a trial pair when the shelter in place order began. I wore that pair for several weeks with no replacement and finally started to call my doctor to see if I could at least get another trial pair. After leaving 4 messages, I googled optometrists in the area and took a chance calling Dr.Ratzenberger. Not only did she ANSWER the phone, she made time for me that day, did a full contact lens exam and got me trials to wear to determine the best fit.
