He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable & got right to work. Our basement ceiling was a MESS with lots of wires after I had removed the drop ceiling a while back. He and Mike cleaned it up & added in new lights with pull chains and it looks great! This is the ONLY company I will be recommending for in home electrical repairs. The only concern I have is the fee that is charged just to come to the house (I think it was $125) but I understand that companies are just doing what they have to do. Other than that, we are highly satisfied with the work that was done!”

Thanks again. UPDATE: We decided to make major upgrades to the house and called ITW again for a much bigger job. JT upgraded our box, installed a second one, added heaters to the basement and did all the electric work for that as well as adding an outdoor outlet.
