They go above and beyond when it comes to protecting what you buy when it comes to shipping. The online pictures of the bonsais looked great too but always, always still surprised how good the bonsai look in person. Top notch customer service and very pleasant to deal with. I accidentally overpaid one time and didn’t realize it, they notified me and I had a refund within minutes of being notified. If you are in the market for bonsai give the flower market a look before buying anywhere else, especially if you are buying online.
