Having significant osteoarthritis, Billy has developed knee-friendly work outs for me, He pushes me/encourages me when I really need it. Most importantly, he’s taught me how to modify exercises to avoid injury while maintaining the effectiveness of the exercise. I know my way around a gym now and know how to weight train properly. I am truly grateful. One of the things I love most about Powerhouse Fraser is the atmosphere - the members are so very friendly but very respectful of your space - never rushing you to complete a set or give up a piece of equipment. The owner John is “present” and knows everyone by name. They also offer a variety of group fitness classes… try out this gym, you won’t be disappointed.”
