The group environment helps give it a laid back, social feel. I love how diverse the membership is - from high school students to the most senior or citizens, and people of all fitness levels. Everyone is there for the same goal - to be healthier, stronger, and more functional! It has been very easy to sign up for a class no matter my schedule - early morning, mid-day, or after work. Plus, free access to the circuit classes has been a welcome surprise! When I had to travel for work, the coaches were kind enough to create a "travel" work out that I could do in a hotel gymnasium so that I didn't miss out! This is the perfect gym for anyone looking to improve their overall health/strength.”
