“When I called around town looking for paving supplies everyone recommended visiting Fendt Builders Supply first. After coming here I completely understand why. What a fun place to come to if you are looking for any sort of brick or paver. They have a really nice display area. We came on a drizzling day so we also got to see what the paver colors look like wet which was actually nice. There are so many colors and textures to pick from and the display area shows off a lot of cool layouts and patterns that you can use. Edit: brought my son along with me. Have to t ach em young 😊”

“Our problem was yellowjackets getting into the house in quantity. I called I called A1 and Steve and Lisa, besides being the nicest folks, obviously knew their business and did a great job ridding me of the wasps for a very fair price. And they don't try to sell service contracts either. In addition, they are very responsive; if you get just leave a message; they will call you back very quickly to set up an appointment the following day at worst, and the same day at best. I would do business with Steve again in a heartbeat and I would recommend A1 highly to anyone who lives in our area..”

“I was nervous about having our honey-oak cabinets refinished but Jon and Bonnie assured me we would be very happy with the outcome. They were correct! Instead of 27 year-old oak cabinets we now have great looking white cabinets that made our kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room look new and up-to-date. The new color even made our granite countertops look better. They replaced our handles and added soft close hinges as well. All for a cost that was 40% less than the lowest refacing estimate we received. To top it off, everyone we met from Knoppe was great and went out of their way to make sure we are happy.”

“I have to laugh reading some of the negative reviews here. Annie’s music is not trying to be all things music to all people and in my opinion it is rather foolish to expect it to be. What they are very good at is stocking virtually all of the required music for local competition, especially for school age piano students. This place is a literally a godsend for piano teachers. They carry a few accessories like guitar strings, clarinet reeds, etc., as a service. Obviously, they are not going to have a comprehensive selection of these things like you would find at Guitar Center or a store specializing in band rentals. To expect that they would carry these things at the same price as a high volume retailer is not very smart. I’m not looking forward to the day with all the brick and mortar music stores are gone and I am grateful along with many other teachers that Annie’s Music is there. I am sure it has been a struggle for many of these retailers to keep going during the pandemic and as things improve, I expect to see these businesses able to carry more stock, more variety and hire more employees. For now, I think we should all support them and treat the employees with the respect and kindness they deserve for being there to serve you.”

Sometimes brand names are offered and other times local names or items from regions that are not normally available around here. Shopping in their food aisles is not only a bargain it can yield some real delicacies from time to time. It's all about the people.
