“Update: The store manager called me shortly after I left my review and rectified the situation. She told me that my warranty is still active since I did bring it in and as long as I continue to come every 6 months, it will be covered. If i go past 6 months and something does happen to my ring, that’s when it’s not covered. It was just explained to me incorrectly in store by the associate who helped me that day. She also told me that I need to specifically state that I’m there for my 6 month inspection and ask for a record each time or they may not know to log it into their system which is probably what happened to me the last few times I went in for the inspection/cleaning. When my husband bought my ring back in march of 2020, we were told to bring it in every 6 months for an inspection and cleaning in order for it to stay under warranty. And we did. Every six months. We went in the other day for the inspection and cleaning a bit early because it really needed to be cleaned and they told us it was no longer under warranty because they have no record of us bringing it in to be inspected and cleaned. Which is an absolute lie. Id really appreciate someone reaching out to me to get this straightened out. My husband spent good money there for them to just screw us over”

“Always a great place to get brand name luggage at cheaper deals. They absolutely charge an arm and a leg at Kohls, or other similar stores for the same brands. This luggage I've posted a picture of I've had for a couple years now and the wheels still have not given out on me. That is saying a lot considering the Lego level of destructive cobble stone in Denmark. I also still have a power bank that still works fine, and a dress that's still cute and hasn't deteriorated with washes. Love TJ's!”

She bent over backwards to get me exactly what I needed and she did it when the store was close to closure. Usually you feel sort of rushed and like they want you to leave when a store is about to close but she was just interested in getting me exactly what I needed. They inspected the ring and told us it would take a couple days to repair (dropped it off on Friday and they called Monday ) and my wife couldn't be happier.
