There have been some ups and downs, but overall things have been fine. I want to extend my feedback about the quality of service I have received over the years from the property manager Kristina Simmons. I have know Kristina during my entire time here and she has been most helpful. I fine her to be professional, caring and providing follow through on my maintenance requests. Kristina has been one of the biggest reasons I have stayed at Lakeside Terrace since 2009. I would also like to put in a good word for the other property manager Stacy George who has also been very helpful and supportive during my time here. She is friendly and considerate and has also helped make my time here pleasant. Together these 2 property managers have been an asset to Lakeside Terrace.”

“Jacob was patient, reliable and professional helping my elderly mother through the sale of her home. I live out of state and he saved me trips helping to coordinate some touch up work needed on the home - and he also did some of it himself. He made trips to my mother at her senior living apartment to facilitate ease of document signing and he also accompanied her to her financial institution to make sure things proceeded smoothly. He was patient with her pace and questions and the sale of the home was pretty quick, seamless and she received a reasonable price for the current market. “This is the first apartment that I have moved into, and all I can say is wow. Riverside Village along with Princeton Management have been nothing but accommodating and extremely generous to me and the needs I might have. Very lovely ladies at the main office, its a shame I don't remember their names but they extremely sweet to meet. When I requested to allow my pet to move in they not only were accepting of this but also were kind enough to have a picture of him included on there wall in the office. Maintenance responds within seconds and have always been extremely fast, efficient, and extremely easy to talk too. 5/5 If I ever do go looking for a new apartment, I'm going to hold them to a high standard.”

“We lived for around 6 months there and loved the apartment. Kitchen space is quite small but other than that apt is quite spacious. The maintenance team is great. Alexis helped us for our move in and helped with all the formalities for our move out. Let’s say both went very smoothly(we did get our complete security deposit). The location is also quite good. You could find Walmart, dollar tree, family dollar, restaurants all very close.”

“I have been living at Six Trails apartments for 2 years now and must I say: For the price you pay in the city you reside in, Six Trails apartments beats everything around. Some of the amenities in Six trails are a little outdated and sometimes show ware and tear but the reaction time from the front office represents customer service at it's best. I personally had an issue with the garbage disposal and after notifying them of the problem, I came back from work 3 hours later and they had already went in and replaced the garbage disposal as well as the entire drainage system saying it was a little outdated and no resident of theirs is to live like that. They are very accommodating with any concerns you may have, and very knowledgeable when it comes to any questions you may have. The property manager Elizabeth S, now the Regional Manager, has worked with me multiple times with any issues I've came across, answered all of my questions, and has clearly shown her skills in customer service. If you are looking for the right place for the right price, consider residing at Six Trails apartments!!”
