“Stopped at this Tim Hortons location on Memorial Day 2024 on my way back to Wisconsin (as WI doesn't have Tim Hortons) to pick up three couple of their four-cheese bagels and a couple blueberry muffins to share with my family. The guy at the window said they didn't have any four-cheese bagels, but if I wanted to wait 5 minutes or so, he could make some. This made my day!! I've stopped at other locations and have not received the same offer when they've been out of this bagel. Kudos to the young man (maybe college aged - I'm a terrible judge of age) who took the initiative! Wish I would have gotten his name to include in this review so he could be recognized by his manager appropriately.”

“Very cool Beatles themed restaurant we ran across while in town for a concert. The restaurant was very clean and the Beatles themed menu was very interesting. I had the Rocky Racoon Burger, it was delicious! Our server was really attentive and I never had to ask her for a refill on my coffee. Wish I got her name to give her the proper credit. The Beatles photos and memorabilia was very cool!! Looking forward to another trip down soon!!”

“We visited on a Saturday in March. We ordered a Reuben, bowl and pizza for the kids. There are a few seats inside and a large patio with heaters. We took our food nextdoor to Erratic Ale, with they allow. We really enjoyed all the food. The kids weren't enthusiastic about the pizza because it's different from what they are used to. We liked it. There was a long wait for the food, about a half hour. We didn't mind because we were at the brewery. But if you are short on time, plan accordingly. Free WiFi and ample parking. It's right next to the Border to Border trail, which is a huge benefit.”

The first time we got the boxes lunches our executives each individually commented that they were impressed on the freshness and the presentation. Today we got a sandwich platter and a couple salads. It was top notch. Fresh. Individual sandwiches wrapped, individual labeled, hand packed dressings, mayo mustard salt pepper and even tomato’s pickles and olives! the salad was gorgeous, every detail was thought of down to the plastic gloves in a bag with serving utensils. They call to confirm your order, when they arrive, and after to make sure everything was great. This is old fashioned customer service at its finest, and the food matches the service. “My kids and I stopped in for some coffee after being at the museum. Tim Hortons is their favorite coffee stop. I have to admit they do have good coffee. I'm a fan of the flavored stuff, they willingly mixed their caramel and mocha together for me. It was a home run. We didn't get any pastries or other food because we had already eaten. But all those things sure looked tempting! I don't like bitter coffee, their beans have a rich, full-bodied taste. I've been to Starbucks a couple of times, but the price or the coffee itself, just doesn't do it for me. However, I could easily become a Tim Horton's fan. ☕☕☕☕☕☕”

My boyfriend and I tried the pizza(wasn't on the menu yet so I'm not sure what it was called I just know it was super cheesy had pepperoni and jalapeños which complimented the flavor soo nicely and we aren't even pizza fans like that especially not with jalapeños but I would definitely get it again), the all American deluxe burger and waffle fries(I loved how it wasn't a dry burger like it was real juicy and the fries were A1), and the Gordita crunch tacos(tasted like I got them from an authentic Mexican food truck like F**k a Taco Bell fr). With the five star service they give I don't even mind the prices at all, like I would tip that much anyways because they deserve every penny they receive fr! And still tipped lmao. We pulled up to order but you have to pay online for card and they weren't accepting cash so we just ordered from the car with our phones from their website which was cool because it was cold outside lol.
