“Locally owned fruit market. I shop here for the produce and the bread (if you want there fresh baked bread, get there before 4pm!). The fruits taste so much more flavorful than anything you can find at the fruit market. My husband and I won't buy fruit from any where else now! All the employees I have met have been very kind and helpful (and always greet my touch everything toddlers with patience and a smile 😃). The store is always clean and smells delicious. “Great service and the staff does a great job. However, it would be helpful for this location to have some sort of digital board that shows you where your order is in the line up. I was in there the other day and it was slammed. The staff were struggling to keep up and were doing the best they could. But most of us were standing there for 15 - 20 minutes and then you're playing the fun game of trying to figure out if your order is almost up and should you stay? Or do you risk being late for work if it's not almost up? Do you cancel? It's like playing a guessing game but with results that could get people written up or fired from their jobs. Being able to see if your order is next in line or tenth in line would help you make that decision.”

“I really like this Meijer for the selection and layout and can usually get my shopping done quickly. Produce is usually really good and good sales. I only subtracted a star because the greeter lady today was very rude to me and started yelling at me acting like I was stupid about grabbing the wrong broken cart, why they even keep them up front in the entrance with a sign from a piece of paper taped to only one of them kind of makes no sense. If they aren’t for use they should all be clearly taped off or not inside the store.”

“Would recommend this place to anyone that needs a piercing done. Lenny did a great job with my daughters ears and she has had no issues. He even does the aftercare product. She had the pierced before at Claire's but got infected within a few days and they had to be removed. Lenny does it correct with the right equipment and training. “Oops about the pictures - we ate most of it and I didn't think about it until now! What a delicious treat that was. I ordered a chocolate raspberry round cake to celebrate our annual Mother's Day, my sister's birthday, Dad's birthday and my parents' anniversary. The cake was beautiful and just the right texture and filling. Not too heavy or too sweet, just the right amount, with the biggest raspberries I've probably ever seen lining the top. I peeked at the other desserts while I was there and they all looked just as good. Rosea's an excellent baker and her creation looked as good as it tastes. A special occasion deserves a special cake like this.”

“If you're looking for anything in the cleaning/janitorial realm it's got to be here. From floor scrubbers, carpet extractors and vacuums to degreaser and ice melt and pretty much everything in between. They have a huge warehouse filled with c-fold towels, trash can bags and toilet paper. I could fill this review with the items they stock but I'm sure you get the idea and I'd obviously miss mentioning many. There's a full service repair shop as well and the owner has a massive amount of knowledge about any problem you may need solved. They also offer delivery and you can open an account but are open to the public as well. Pretty much one stop shopping if you need anything in the cleaning/janitorial world. BTW, the address states Woodward but the actual and only entrance is off Layfette, the street light just before the building.”

“I dont write reviews often but I had to for this 7-eleven. It is looks like the new mamangent has made huge changes. The whole place transformed. I have never been in a nicer 7-eleven ever. The service is awesome. If you need anything in particular they will order it for you and get it to you by the time you visit again. Everyone I interacted was very friendly and helpful. The store is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. It is fully stocked and organized. The whole store looks like it should belong in fancy airport. The coffee bar is amazing. They have over 6 types of coffees regularly brewed at any given time. The selection of hot food is great. I am definitely going to be a happier returning customer at this 7-eleven”

“Pretty fast even for large orders. Word of advice, ask for your ice cream AFTER hot food if you're not staying to eat it or taking it home to the family. Typical hot food, fried mushrooms are my favorite. They don't skimp on ice cream toppings either. This has def been a golden find and my family sends me here nearly every weekend. Also really nice folks who work there. There's times the lines are super long and you can tired they're tired, but they're a solid team back there and always greet with a smile that doesn't feel like it's a plastic mask.”

“I can’t say enough about Midwest Construction. We are so happy with the work they have done at our bilevel home. The design solved a water issue we had. The workers were amazingly skillful, professional and friendly. In total we had a new driveway designed to divert water into a drywell which was 5 ft deep, a new retaining wall and flower beds along the new drive. The stairs gets compliments by anyone who walks up them. The sidewalk was elevated to avoid a step up into the house. All these things were designed to divert water away from the house which is Amazing and beautiful. We were introduced to Brandon Fischer, Mettlework Designs to do a railing on the stairs and porch which we love. Thank you Sam Issa for being on site often, making sure things were running smoothly and always checking to see if we had questions. You sent a very skillful crew to our house. We very much appreciate the work they did. I would recommend Midwest Construction without a doubt based on the design and skill of the workers that completed our job.”
