“Incredible experience! Great coaches and support staff. 1 on 1 coaching with Andrew Anderson was fantastic! He took the time to video and break down my swing, foot work and release. He also noticed and corrected a major flaw in my ball fitting. He and other staff members then made sure their recommendations were correct and tested them with me on the lanes to insure we were heading in the right direction and that everything felt and worked as it should. “On June 2nd was up from Tennessee to visit family and take several organized and scheduled long distance rides. After the first ride on the 2nd my Raleigh bike's rear tire went flat. As I got to the hotel late most bike shops were closed. The one which was open gave me a 10 day estimate to fix my flat. The hotel desk clerk suggested calling the Pedego shop in Walked Lake which I did the following morning at 8 am. Told them of my dilemma and that I needed to be at the next ride in Rochester by 11 am. They advised to bring the bike in. The gentlemen who took care of me were fantastic. Went to the front of the line. As he did not stock my tire size he actually disassembled bike from the sales floor and removed its tube to use in my bike. He also adjusted the brakes, trued the wheels and gave the bike an inspection at no charge. They also let me plug in my wife's electric bike to charge the battery. These guys provided great service and got me back on the road in 45 minutes for a reasonable price. Nice job, you both saved the day. Tim C Knoxville, TN”

“Always satisfied with the cakes I order from Sweet Dreams. Ordered the cake 2 weeks prior, Angela was really helpful and understanding. The cake looked beautiful and amazing when we went to go pick it up, but they have to train the new worker how to properly package cakes that have toppings on the top. Because she squished all of the macaroons at the top of our cake by pressing down the top of the box trying to fit the entire cake in, but it’s alright we will just remove the damaged ones.”
