Part of my order was a strange request of chicken breast sandwiches without the sandwich (my puppy is on a rice and chicken bland diet, and need more food. I had rice, but no chicken). The young lady who took my order, Sophia I believe, was so kind in recommending the roasted chicken. When I went to pick it up, there was get well wish written on the box of chicken for my pup. Such a sweet gesture. I appreciated that, the food was great, and my puppy LOVED the chicken.”

He's a down-to-earth, honest person that despite a ridiculously busy schedule managed to come out to our office and troubleshoot our non-operating Vanderbilt Bright Blue security system. He made a phone call after a couple failed attempts to fix and just when he was ready to make another phone call, he tried something else that had our system up and running again! And rather than just packing up and leaving, he fixed the door that had been slamming for 2+ years now just cause it bothered him ;-)”

Worked there as a temporary employee for almost a year, then hired almost a year before my career change. They treated me fairly, and the employees were kind. I'm in contact with some of them still. “Love the finished result. I got the 6x8 black marble plaque with gold plating for a company recognition award ceremony. It looked very professional and was of great quality. I really liked that we could use our own logo (extra one time $15 fee) and that the plaque price included the engraving cost ($27). Communication was great as well. I was worried that it wouldn't be done in time (5 days) but they got it done earlier than scheduled (2 days). I'm also bad with checking my voicemail, so I really appreciated that they texted me when I missed their call. Highly recommend to anyone else who's debating using this versus buying online. I was going to use this other company on Amazon because it was cheaper, but I'm glad I stuck with Livonia Trophy. You can't beat the quality. Definitely will be using their service again. Only thing I recommend is asking them not to put their sticker logo on the back. I tried peeling it off and some of the frame peeled off with it...Although its in the back, just wanted to give a heads up for OCD people like myself”

“A good friend of mine was packing her RV for a forty day scheduled RV trip from Maine along the Eastern Seaboard to Florida, when she noticed a leak coming from under the toilet! Coming from northern Michigan my place was her first stop. Not able to get service in her home town she called an asked me if I could assist. I don't own or have any experience with Bob's RV's, but I live within a half mile from a RV repair shop. The next day I explained the situation to the owner. Without making any false promises or guarantees he said he would take a look, I decided to scheduled a early appointment at Bob's RV, where I found what I considered a well stocked shop and competent personnel. My friend arrived the next evening the following morning dropped off her RV, within a few hours her Rig was Repaired and the next day she was on her way. What I found was friendly competent people providing excellent services at very reasonable rate. I've been in contact with my friend as she's on her adventure, very satisfied with her help from Bob's.”

“I have used this company twice for the kitchen addition and then the remodeling. My team consists of Vince, the project manager, Jimmy my sales rep, Chris the cabinet demo guy, Matt the electrician and many more. However, by far, my absolute favorite is Marti the “cabinet finisher”! He is highly skilled and did an exceptional job handling my cabinets, putting the handles on, all around trim and just overall the kind of guy you would trust to do an entire remodel. He is the most professional, kindest and trustworthy carpenter I have encountered over the past few decades. We appreciate his expertise and thoughtfulness in care for our kitchen was was in need of a complete miracle and prayer. He deserves a bonus for all his hard work! I cannot wait to see the finished product.”

“I was referred to Jeff by the amish furniture store in the same plaza. It was a very casual recommendation and I really didn't realize at the time that it would change my life. I waited a few months to write this review (bought our mattress in May of 2022) because that seems like the best way to write an honest thoughtful review of a mattress, but honestly this review is more about Jeff. I had spent endless hours researching mattresses. Foam vs coil vs spring etc. I have looked at just about every bed-in-a-box brand you can imagine. All of this is a mess of marketing and cheap foams. Then I met Jeff. Jeff is "THE" Beducator. He is brilliant, honest, driven and LIVES mattresses. He has created more content than one could ever watch and it will teach you everything you need to and more than you want to know about mattresses. It is with a lighthearted sadness that I say - Jeff actually didn't sell me a mattress, but I happily bought one from him. He didn't have to. I had made the decision about which mattress I was going to buy before I even walked in the store BECAUSE of the clear information on his website. The bamboo sheets and mattress protector from Malouf are the cherry on top. Strong, soft and cool. They just seem to get better as we wash them, too. They are so good that I bought my parents and in-laws a set. All of this being said, I still spent LESS THAN HALF of what I thought I would have to spend to get a quality mattress. Sleep may be the most important thing that we do, and Jeff is the person that you want to trust this too.”
