“The first time I was here - about two months ago, I wasn't a huge fan. Cold food, did nothing to fix my order. But when I came back this time my experience was much more pleasant. Awesome staff and it seemed like they had a different manager who was far more attentive and involved in the every day customer interactions. Plant burger was really tasty! And overall much better! I come from retail and food myself so all of this meant a lot to me. When my shower door was installed 5 years ago, the brackets holding the glass was not properly fastened to the curb w/ screws (glued on),,so with daily 'wear-and-tear', the brackets came loose and the glass started to swing, w/ possibility of falling. Appointments were made quickly, price was kinda 'high' in my opinion, but the job was done right. The two people that came to fix the brackets, were quick on the job, cleaned up their mess, and attached the brackets correctly with screws.. will hire again in the future for projects. Thank you.”

“I was referred to Platinum Phone Repair via a local Verizon Outlet- (surprisingly as I am with Verizon- and Kudo's to them as well for this GREAT recommendation)- I contacted them via phone and spoke with Brandon- I needed a battery replacement for my iPhone-6S (4-years old- but in excellent condition and working very well otherwise)- Brandon was most helpful over the phone- and even more helpful in person! As this phone is my only phone- and I caught them at the right time- Brandon had a new battery in, charged, and ready within 20-minutes, my Otter Case put back on properly- just a great job- and at a very reasonable rate, with a full 90-day warranty. I waited a week to write this review. My phone is like new again- in fact- maybe better than new as the original iPhone 6S models had a bit of a wanky battery installed when they were Made (not known at time of purchase- but so informed by Verizon when I brought my iPhone 6S in for this battery issue... ) So- Thank You Brandon & Platinum Phone Repair! “Long time back my pops 1st took me to a collector. Grandfather had a mini safe full of various coins he collected. Once out with family we stoppedby a rest stop and on a picnic table was a pouch of liberty indian head and dollar coins. Later in my life i went to Free China and discovered the foreign currency world. Had to exchange but knew nothing of the exchange value at that time. Therefore when asking for a pay scale with Trade vompany i probab l y approached it all wrong. My pops also had collectors books for coins such as the new quarters.”
