“After 10 years having my Segway, the back battery died. It was purchased in downtown Chicago and I didn't want to bring it there for new batteries. After looking online, I found Great Lakes Segway and I couldn't be more happy that I did! Jody was so helpful and informative about all my questions. They shipped me 2 new batteries (which I put on by myself!) I received them in 2 days and they included all the return labels needed to ship back my old batteries, and Jody arranged for the pick up with UPS. It couldn't have been easier! I even got a $250 refund for the front battery because it was still good! I very highly recommend Great Lakes Segway for any of your Segway needs!! 10 stars!!”

“Best farm in the area. Trainer is knowledgeable in all horse and riding aspects. Offer lessons, training and board. Horses here are HAPPY, HEALTHY AND LOVED. Lots of pastures, big indoor, outdoor ring, and heated grooming stall in the tack room (life saver in these Michigan winters). Horses are handled and looked over multiple times a day to catch any issues early on. Daily turnout as long as weather and temperatures allow. Food and water observed daily to make sure everyone is getting everything they need. No barn drama, everyone here is nice and willing to help. Mostly adults but kid friendly. Allison is great at observing what you and your horses needs are and getting you to where you want to be. Both my horse and I are very happy here 😊”

“Excellent place to stay. Exceptionally clean. (Possibly the cleanest place to stay on the lake). Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Communication on booking was Excellent. Great dock to tie up your boat with shore power. Fish cleaning area. Picnic table, fire pit with ample seating. Gas grill. Cold AC in the bunk house (room 4). Definitely will stay here again.”

“Small store with small selection. Mostly store brand items to keep prices down, but quality is on par with other store brands. A small amount on shelf allowed for regular rotation of fresh items. Honestly could use more lanes open at peak hours but lines usually move fast. Not very busy, so less crowding, and quieter. Employees seem happier, less pressured, than bigger stores. Decently cleaned, no weird smells. Heard the center aisle seasonal merchandise has fan page on Facebook jokingly called " aisle of shame". Various items from clothing to exercise that has nothing to do with food, mixed in with some very useful stuff, but interesting and sometimes worth the price.”

She helped him find the best all inclusive resort in a timely manner, and made sure that any stress he felt was alleviated. She helped him hide all of the information from me and continuously provided updates and answered all necessary questions. After he gave me my surprise, she reached out to ask how it went, and then asked to meet with us so she could give us all documents and provide us with information. Upon our arrival, she was so warm, welcoming, and inviting! Ashley was thorough, organized, and very detailed. She provided us with information about the resort, and then went on to book the activities we wanted, and our dinners.
