“I love this place. This is the only veterinary hospital that my dog actually likes. He's a nutty Australian Shepherd and I can only take him to places that are comfy for him. Otherwise..watch out....very happy to meet Dr. Carter and staff. They are amazing and smart and super nice. Vets that really like your pets!! I drive from Rochester to get here but it's totally worth the drive for the service and quality. I hope more people check her place out!”

“I absolutely love this place. I bring my pet to this location for her annual visits and they even have a wonderful groomer named Robert who does a fabulous job grooming my Persian cat. My pet loves the place too and she always looks beautiful when we leave. They have a real knack for aninals here and have a friendly, well-skilled staff that cares about the overall health of your pet. Give them a try and you'll return for sure. “I had a great experience during a recent emergency visit with my dog. The staff were wonderful, they got us right in. They explained everything in detail and I was giving a cost estimate up front, which turned out to be more than I was actually charged. My pet received wonderful care. Will definitely use them again if we have another pet emergency. My only concern was my dogs steroid prescription. The bottle said "take once a day until directed otherwise" but had no refills allotted. The vet during the visit didn't mention anything about how long or how to wean him off the steroids, so I called to get directions. I needed another refill to wean him off, which was fine, but if I hadn't had experience with steroids, I wouldn't have known about the need to wean him off and once he finished the first bottle, would've assumed he was done with the medicine. Aside from that, everything was great.”

“Dr. Brooks and her entire staff provide the best care for my pups. I have been with Wicomico Vet for 15 years and would not want to have my shepherds cared for by any other vet. Dr. Brooks genuinely cares for my dogs and is open and honest when it comes to making medical decisions for them. She went over and beyond for a veterinarian when she was on vacation and my 5 year old had a serious medical emergency, she was on the phone with me throughout the day offering guidance. I knew I could trust her when it was time to make the decision that Duke needed to be put down. Wicomico Veterinary Hospital is hands down the best place to care for pets.”

“The staff was Very understanding with me running late to appointment for my grandog lol. My son is in the military so the whole vet experience was new to me. From Dee Dee front desk was very pleasant to me and answered my question. From the assistant was wonderful handling my grandog Ace and was very knowledgeable about his situation to the doctor who explained all answers and both gave us reassurance to what to do next. People think pets are just that pets. However it was very important to us how Ace is taken care of. Hes all we have left right now of our military son. Thank you all again for all you did.”

“We adopted our dog and had not found a regular vet yet when she got sick. I called 5 vets before I called Dr Richards and they were all going to be at least 1 week before they had an opening. When I talked to the receptionist at Dr. Richards office, not only did they fit me in quickly, they also put him right on the phone so he could assess what was going on. That was amazing! Our experience at this office has been great, plus they are reasonably priced.”
