He came out over my furnace breaking down and was able to quickly identify what the issue was, and thought on his feet to not only work out a solution (I’ve got an ancient furnace, so I guess some of its parts are hard to come by now), but also work with me to make sure I wasn’t going to be bankrupted, even if it meant a little extra work on his part. I got the cutest hammered sterling silver cat necklace that I wear all the time now. Oh! I almost forgot to add that she also does hair donations! My hair had never been long enough to donate so I didn't even think about it. Cat had suggested it and I was so happy to donate my hair to kids in need! You've got another customer for life here!
