“This was the first time we hiked in this preserve but we will definitely return. It's about a half an hour from Ann Arbor with a pretty drive through farmland and by Pleasant Lake. The preserve is very hilly with several trails through the woods. The trails were mostly snow covered but not icy today. At several places there were lovely vistas with views of the valley and opposite hillsides.”

“I am a first-time client at Team Rehab in Lake Orion. I'm recovering from Achilles surgery and did not know what to expect. The intake process was incredibly thorough and focused on my injury and needs and the therapist is skilled, intuitive and kind. I felt as if the treatment plan was designed just for me, not one they copy/pasted. The treatment is detailed, rigorous and creative (one exercise has me using my toes to pick up marbles.
