Everything presented to us was just a suggestion and we felt free to make the final call on what we specifically wanted. Throughout the process, the responsiveness has been amazing and I definitely feel like we got our money's worth. The team that did the installation was professional, hard-working, and extremely communicative. Providing very thorough updates on the work that had been completed, what work remained, and what that timeline would look like. We even had a small snafu where we had accidentally had the wrong sprinkler system controller installed. The owner responded to my text about the issue within 5 minutes and by 9am the next morning the crew was there with the correct controller and switched it out in less than an hour. If you are looking for a professional, no-BS upselling landscaper for an upcoming project, I would recommend KB Landscaping without question.”

She made sure I was very comfortable by getting to know me before the tattoo started, spoke me through the whole process to make sure I knew what she was doing, and checked on me throughout the duration of the tattoo. “I got to work and realized I had radiator fluid leaking, I looked up the closest place which happened to be Ajax Radiator the guy was very cool told me to go ahead and bring it in. I got a call couple hours later saying that the part I needed would be in the next morning and he would have it ready. I recommend you check them out my experience was great, service was delivered as promised and should I have another radiator problem I would definitely look them up.”

They dropped one of the onion rings told us about it and fried up one single onion ring and brought it to us, like wow awesome. The what I assume was the owner brought the kids the TOY WAGON, where they were able to sift through a bunch of toys and pick some out, SO AWESOME. I'd definitely be a regular here if I lived close. I went during lunch time and the place was dead. After the service and food we experienced I can't see how.”

A lovely older gentle men when out of his to assist me in trying to find the receipt digitally. With no luck I decided to purchase a new battery while gaining valuable advice along the way.
