Finally there is no ridiculously cost-prohibitive buy-in...Residents rent apartments month/month. The Delaney is gorgeous! Makes me feel like I’m on vacation at an amazing resort hotel. The staff is friendly & fun! They are always hosting events to bring the community together. I hope I can call it my home soon!

The Delaney is beautiful! It's location is private yet convenient to Rt 22, I287 and 202/206 and shopping. The apartments are spacious and well appointed and the staff is attentive and welcoming. I would recommend the community to anyone wishing to live independently in a resort like setting with all-inclusive meals, utilities and housekeeping.

Thank you Ally for giving us the tour of the Delaney and for all your assistance with helping Mom make the decision to move in. We can’t wait! We were truly impressed with the place, the staff, the view! We are certain Mom will enjoy her new chapter there.
