As a woman I have experience many of those automotive repair shops that try to take advantage of a woman who may not know about her car. I do know a lot about cars and always shocked how many of those shops are out there! Coopers is NOT one of those. Honest and not in the biz of adding repairs that are nit needed! Plus Eric has the best customer service In the industry and is the reason I will keep taking my car and recommending others to take their cars to Coopers. My go-to location is in Blaine, MN and it is like a 5 min drive from my house. I like that you are able to get a loaner car if the service is going to take a bit, but I also enjoy that they can shuttle you to/from so you're not stranded if they are out of loaners. I don't feel taken advantage of after I leave and feel confident that my car's issues have been resolved. Pricing seems fair and to me is worth every penny.”

“I couldn't speak more highly of the service that I received yesterday. I called at 10:30 on a Saturday morning regarding a noise that my car was making. They told me they might be able to work on it same-day, so I dropped it off around 11. The work was completed and my car was ready to go in less than 4 hours! They also took my payment over the phone so that I could come after hours to pick up my car, rather than having to wait until Monday, as I was working that afternoon. They spoke to me with respect and explained everything in ways that I understood. The lobby and front counter were clean and inviting. Their honesty and integrity was very apparent. I was told that my front brakes and rotors needing replacing (this was the source of the noise) and that my rear ones may need to be soon, but not yet. He could have just as easily told me that all four needed to be replaced immediately, but didn't. He then also mentioned that my tires need replacing (yep, I've been procrastinating!) and he would include an estimate for three different sets of tires in my paperwork that I could look over later. He also rotated the tires with more tread from the back to the front, to make the car more safe until we replace the tires. You've earned a repeat customer and a glowing recommendation to my friends and neighbors!”
