(April 25, 2021, 1:52 am)Had their combination pho. Hearty portions & delicious broth!! Love that their broth is flavorful but not overly sweet nor too salty like some pho places can be. Their lunch specials are also a delicious deal!! Would definitely come back!!!

In fact I hesitate to try anything new because I want to reorder my favorites such as the lo mein. Of all the Asian restaurants in the North Metro, V-Bistro is easily one of my top picks.

(April 14, 2021, 5:29 pm)Hands down one of the best little gem places in Fridley. There isn't nothing I wouldn't eat here. I've been here 4x within 2 weeks. And I'll keep going back. Yall gotta try this place!
The service is wonderful. The server talks with me and she's very friendly too! I have nothing bad to say about this place 😄
