“Super quick and efficient staff. They had 4 employees at the front desk which made check in very easy. I had a preventative exam with Dr. Eisenschenk and he was very professional and easy to work with. I also had to stop at the lab to get tests done and the lady at the front desk was very nice and even offered me orange juice instead of water. “Dr. Hanson was thorough and detailed in my initial examination and gave me several options to choose with no pressure from him on which one to choose. He was very honest with any and all risks with each option but again with no pressure, he left the choice up to me. I do not regret the choice I made, it worked well for me. And when I did decide to have surgery scheduled, he and his team were very accommodating to my needs and questions. Surgery is not often what people wish for but to have a successful surgery begins with having a caring and thoughtful doctor along with being skilled and in knowledgeable. “A good company to work with. They had some decent trainers that will help you every step of the way and they will only put you on position you are train in so you'll never be confuse on what you do. They do expect to see improvement over time but do help you achieve those improvement as well. The co-workers are friendly, it's a fun and friendly atmosphere, it's a family owned company so you'll know who is who right off the bat. Only minor issues are the parkings and lack of security especially when I was still there but other than that it's a good entry level workplace. Keep in mind this review was for the old Caribou Technologies location in Ham Lake, not the new one in Circle Pines and before their acquisition by Resonetics.”

I appreciated the fact he gave me options and I LOVED, LOVED the fact that he urged me to Google and read the reviews of a possible medication he may prescribe dependent on how my MRI goes. Kudos Dr. O'Keefe!! Many times doctors don't want you to read the patient reviews of possible side effects of a medication. Not that I doctor all the time but I used to work in Geriatrics as an advocate, I have been to hundreds of Doctor appointments, and I had only been encouraged to "Google" stuff one time by a clients cardiologist. It often seemed doctors just wanted patients to blindly follow their lead without questions.. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME AND ENCOURAGING A PATIENT TO BE THEIR OWN ADVOCATE !!!”

“Highly recommend this place for birthday parties, gymnastics and dance tumbling. My daughter has been going here for several years now and loves it. Both coach Karen and Chuck are fantastic! The gym is very clean and neatly organized. The main floor is split in half, with trampolines on one side, running track, mats and tumble track trampoline on the other side. There’s also a workout area for parents to use on the main floor. Upstairs is setup for birthday parties & play area for younger kiddos. This is very much a hidden gem type of place that gets better and better the more you go and learn about all the love and hard work that goes into every detail starting from the equipment they use, to the graffiti art on the wall, and all of the beautiful decorations that go up year round for Halloween/Christmas/Easter. Coach Karen helped my daughter gain the confidence she needed to overcome some of her fears and be able to do specific skills she needs for dance 💃🏻”

The staff was so friendly from start to finish, checked out insurance benefits for me, was super clear about any extra pricing for any procedures/pictures not included in the exam. And the doctor was so cheerful and kind. Plus, the gal that helped me find my glasses was totally patient, and honest about what she thought about certain styles. “Awren, the business owner, is an herbalist and reiki practitioner. Reiki sessions are by appointment and always comfortable and professional. Awren makes sure to ask beforehand if you are comfortable with being touched or not, which I appreciate a lot. They also teach excellent hands-on herbalism courses (which are announced on the Mystic Light Wellness Facebook page) on topics such as plant identification and preparation of tonics. I’ve learned to make fire cider, allergy tincture, and nettle tonic. Awren created a custom pain relief balm for me as well.”
