“We grew up we called this rocket Park and so with the kids today we still call it rocket Park but it's John Ward Park and it has always been a really fun park in the whole area kids can create quite imagination with that playset you can crawl in the rocket kids just have a lot of fun there I guess maybe I have a lot of fun there too it brings back a lot of good memories I would bring your family there it's a good place there's a church across the street you can have picnics there they have covered shelters they have a skate park right by it and they also have bathrooms there good family environment area”

“Fields looked pretty nice. Lots and lots of fields. Some areas of shade to sit in while watching soccer games. There is a playground that my son enjoyed. They had the food stand open for the soccer tournament and they had burgers and hot dogs for sale, cold drinks and frozen treats. Parking was very busy! Lots of people had to park on the street even with the overflow parking lot open. Solid 8/10 for our time there.”
