There is a nice balance of feeling like you're on a beaten path and like you're simply just exploring through the wilderness. Pioneer park also has opportunity for those wishing to travel the less beaten trail, without worrying too much about getting lost. Surrounded by houses on one side but it doesn't feel overly commericalized or touched by man. Overall, great place to spend an hour or three.”

“Mississippi Park is a wonderful park. Great place to visit. I went here recently to take family photos, and we got so many great pictures all over the park. There's so much to do here, There's a volleyball net, baseball fields, jungle gyms, picnic tables, A small dock area down by the river. Beautiful park, very clean, ( I've seen parks that the grass was long, and trash on tables) I'd say you should go to this park.”
