The process was very painless. They came out promptly and evaluated the window and ordered the glass that was cracked. Leo came with the glass a few weeks later and quickly and efficiently replaced the glass. all the people I interacted with were very pleasant and gracious. They were significantly less expensive than the quote I got from the window Mfgr, and much easier for me.

Scheduled time was 10am, called them at 11am and they got back to me telling me that the installer was delayed and would be here in 20 minutes. When he showed up he was very professional and did a great job with changing out the glass in our windows. Completed it quickly and was professional. Would have given them 5 stars if they would have contacted me to let me know they were running late.

So impressed by Glass Guru! They replaced a big pane of glass in a tricky location and did such a great job. They even cleaned up the glass from the pane that broke. They were communicative and kept me in the loop at every stage of the replacement. Awesome service and great quality work. Thanks guys!

We needed glass for our cabinet doors and we thought we could just order on Amazon. The prices were ridiculous. I did a Google search, found the Glass Guru, and called them. Not only were their prices reasonable, they were fast AND the glass was ready exactly when they said it would be ready. Stacy called me to tell me it was ready as well. I didn't have to follow up with them at all. I highly recommend them.

Super happy with the double glazed panel replacements. The entire experience was exceptional and installed by 2 very competent installers.
