They managed to do this in November amidst snow flurries - fast, well done, insulated far better than our original windows, perfect clean up, brilliant job. Our second project has been larger - all 9 (large) windows on the front of our 20 year old home. They have hit some not insignificant pitfalls along the way - poor conditions under our siding, lack of flashing on original windows, etc. His crew have been working tirelessly for us, and have gone so far above and beyond the call with this job. We had an accident that caused the backboard to shatter. Alan (the company's owner) bent over backwards to procure a brand new backboard for us at no additional cost, have installed within less than two days after the accident, and thoroughly cleaned the court to make sure there were no pieces of glass left over.
