Burnsville VW is a great place to buy a vehicle. This is my second car (1-new / 1-used) and they were friendly, supportive and great to work with. Evan did a great job navigating the supply chain issues of "today" and was able to get us in our new Atlas in less than 2-months. Even had it sitting on the showroom floor when I showed up!

I had called ahead of time, and when we arrived, she was ready for us and had the car up front to test drive. She made the process so easy and comfortable, and didn't once make me feel pressured to buy. I was very appreciative about how kind and relaxed she was with me with such an important purchase, and how she took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire staff that worked with me throughout this transaction was so friendly, and kind. I highly recommend taking a visit to this location if considering purchasing a Volkswagen.

Luis was a huge aspect of me finding the perfect vehicle! He was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable about everything we asked (didn’t have to go look things up). He made himself available and was always happy to help. He worked with us over a couple months to find the perfect fit and was accommodating to our list of needs. He made us feel special during the purchasing phase of the vehicle and really tailored the experience to us.
