Walser Subaru

We have always had a great experience working with Walser Subaru. This time we worked with Charlie Leang. He let us drive the pace of negotiation, no pressure. All he did was provide me with the information I needed to make a final decision. We started out just wanting some example pricing to see if we could make things work within our budget. Charlie supplied the info and let me work my way through it for a day or two. Like I said, no pressuring. Just providing answers to questions and letting us arrive at a decision that works for us. I am thoroughly impressed with the service and customer care at Walser Subaru. My Customer Specialist James Simpson was wonderful and worked with me to help me purchase my new Outback. He communicated responsively by text and email before I even visited the dealership for the first time. Had a wonderful experience with James and Jeff when we bought our Outback a couple days ago! Initially we started working with Jeff, who was patient and didn't seem to mind one bit that we wanted to drive a ton of cars. We wanted to buy used so we were picky. After going home and discussing and deciding on the vehicle we wanted we reached out again. Unfortunately he would be there to continue working together. He set us up with James who was also incredibly patient and knowledgeable about the Subaru brand. Helped us make the best decision we could! Never once did we feel pressured. We LOVE the car we ended up purchasing. Added bonus that the dealership is lovely and new. Clean and safe. No one minded my antsy kids running around bored from being in a dealership for a couple hours. All in all a great experience and so glad we went Subaru!
