Starbucks

Great customer service. I recently placed a mobile order, and while I was in the drive thru line, realized I had accidentally sent the order set to the wrong store. When the barista came back to try window I owned my mistake, fully expecting to be politely sent on my way. However, she said they’d be happy to still make my order for me. They did so in a timely manner, and didn’t even charge me again. I didn’t expect this kindness at all, but was definitely impressed.

Look, I've been to lots of Starbucks in my life (from moving, traveling, etc.) but this particular one stands out to me for 3 reasons (even if it's just my personal experience):
1. The baristas are incredibly hospitable and personable - and it's consistently that way! It might be a SUPER busy day with cars lined up outside and people waiting inside for their mobile order, but the personable hospitality remains.
2. Speed - the crew here has a great rhythm going! Even if there's a little bit of a wait they'll still acknowledge you and let you know they're working on your drink. I imagine they do a great job training everyone here to keep that rhythm going while maintaining a level of politeness in the midst of a hectic time of day.
3. Safe - there were a couple of times this location needed to shut down for a few days due to employee illness. They didn't take any chances so they decided it was in the best interest of everyone (staff and customers) to close up until they deemed it safe for everyone again. Props to them!
