The manager here is always very nice such great service and professional. The facility is always clean and sanitized I did see this for myself that this is done during one of my visit, so that makes me feel good and hand sanitizers are also there for your use. Thumbs Up.!!!

We have only had the storage unit, a drive up 10x10, for a few days but so far I’m very happy. The facility overall is well maintained and clean. I’ve also been enjoying the ease of opening the entrance gate through the app. I initially was trying to sign up online but it didn’t seem like I was getting the advertised special rate. When we went to the location to speak with someone in person, Alice was very helpful and took the time to make sure we understood all of the contract.

Janice is, perhaps, the finest human being I have had the pleasure of working with. We had an issue with our unit, and she went miles beyond what we would have expected. She made sure we were immediately given access to a new unit and made sure we were completely taken care of. There's a reason she has flowers on her desk from other customers - and she may have some more on the way!

We cannot say enough about Janice Cody manager of your Inver Grove Heights Mn property. She has

gone above and beyond to help us secure our 5 storage units and her help to do this took a lot of her

time and talents to accomplish this online. She is a true asset to your property and hope she is
