We really appreciated Hiram's patience as we looked at carpets- and then decided to switch to a luxury plank vinyl. They even checked for mold as the old carpet was pulled out. We love our new floor! It looks good, is easy to clean, and is very dog friendly. We also appreciated their attention to detail as they worked on the trim and transitions from room to room. Hiram drove all the way to Maple Grove (more than once) to find the right trim/materials for us. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were always punctual. We really appreciated their hard work and effort!”

“Called in Nov to schedule a service call. First available time slot 12/15 between 8 & 1 with tech calling 20 min before arrival. Kevin, our service tech, arrived well within his 20 min notification. He was fully masked, removed his shoes, spread a drop cloth to protect the carpet and went to work. We asked Kevin to discuss the advantages of adding a handheld remote control to allow us more flexibility in operating our fireplace and as a result of his informative presentation, we decided to add the remote. Kevin was very professional, polite and thorough in his job performance……… a tech every potential customer hopes will show up! We feel 5 stars does not do justice to Kevin……..he’s a definite 8!”
