“This is my second time using this facility in the 3 years I have needed storage. Super easy and convenient to set up even after hours. No surprise charges. Place is always super clean - there's never trash laying around or broken parts. Adequate number of wheeled moving help (dolly/hand truck/carts) within the enclosed building. Temperature controlled year round and even on the hottest days it's still a really nice temp. I will always recommend this location for their price and facility - even if it's a little out of the way.”

They are both very professional and were very good at what they did.. Jacob numbed my mouth first then he injected my mouth with novacaine. I felt nothing. “Reasonable and competitive rates, friendly service, easy to sign up and payment, and cancellation was less than 1 minute to do! No complaints from us! We have rented from Acorn Mini storage in Eagan the past 4 and a half years and have had no complaints. The few times we needed assistance or customer service, the staff were prompt and friendly. When I called to inform them we would be ending service, they were pleasant in guiding us in how to officially submit cancellation and happily reminded us the lock is ours to keep. We Definitely recommend Acorn mini storage!”

“Large parking lot so you can park overnight. Only a couple miles from a large shopping area with lots of restaurants if you need to grab a bite. Fairly quick and easy unload. My only knock would be this place is like a morgue. All the employees are walking around like they're zombies. No Smiles no conversations ... more like worker drones.”

“Use BYS for 2 months, could not be more delighted, clean, easy access, no weather to deal with, 3 large bays for loading and unloading, staff: Tom and Rebecca were very helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. On the last day of our rental, we had a major problem moving a very heavy item, Tom said the next renter would not be in to the unit until 11:00 the next day, without triggering a full month rental, he said if you can get it out by 11:00 no problem. NICE!!!! Five stars for location, facilities, staff, and customer service.”

“This is by far the best storage facility anywhere up and down the Charleston Blvd and Red Rock area. Jenny and Jeff are far superior at running a safe, clean and friendly compound. It is sealed off by 20 foot concrete walls and a heavy duty iron gate. Your junk will be really safe here. I know that for a fact because I was a great customer for about 5 months before I had to return to New York. The storage lockers are climate controlled in the section of the facility where I was a resident. The drive up units are so easy to get to. Even though there is plenty of beautiful bright sunshine, they provide a brilliant 120 volt lightbulb on the ceiling. It operates on a very handy timer switch. You get your own customized security password for keypad entry. Amazing! I will definitely recommend this place to everybody that I know. ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT ... If you are coming to town from east of the Mississippi River, then please bring Jeff samples of all the good beers that we have in New York. He especially likes that good wheat beer but I can't remember the name of it, so call in advance to find out. Thank you. Stay healthy.”

They took furniture, treadmills and game tables apart and put them all back together (probably better than they started). They got furniture around corners with ease and not one thing was damaged. They were efficient and got the move done quickly. They took some items that needed to be disposed of for a small fee...completely worth it! Their prices were more than fair and as I said previously the crew was great! Would highly recommend...so glad we used them.”
