I asked Land O'Lakes Consumer Affairs if they knew of a legitimate and well-priced option to try many of the flavors that aren't available in-store in my area. Favorite Products was recommended to me. I placed an order on Monday night and received my order on a Friday afternoon. Ordering was easy and I had no issues with delivery. My order was accurate and packaged well. I was able to reach customer service on the Friday via email and phone to check on the shipping status of my order. All of the product has a shelf life of several months to over a year. I am glad that I chose Favorite Products over the other online options I saw and would recommend them to other Land O'Lakes cocoa classics fans that may have limited options in their area.”

“I had an amazing experience at the Burnsville, MN Lunds & Byerlys. While on my way home from work, and in preparation for an evening dinner guest, I stopped and picked up several bags of groceries. Once home and after the grill was fired up, I noticed that the meat that I just purchased did not make it home. I had used the drive-thru pickup. A quick look in my car revealed that one numbered pickup card was still laying there. Byerlys DROVE to my home and hand delivered the missing groceries in time to serve the meal - a good half hour drive for them! And they added in a few grocery surprises. What fantastic customer service! If only everyone handled a simply human mistake with such integrity and speed! The meat department is exceptional. I count on them for freshness and flavor. If you get a chance to know the staff, they are quick with tips and often have suggestions on how to prepare your main dish. They also have their own line of seasonings that complement fish, beef, chicken, and lamb. The variety available for fish, which I love, fits almost and taste bud. Their cheese selection is fantastic; I buy 3-4 varieties every week and have been able to get what I need for most any recipe. The desserts and pastries are really stand-out. I’ve bought the Chocolate Raspberry Mascarpone in a least four locations across the Twin Cities. They likely all use the same recipe, but consistently, the bakery department at the Burnsville location makes them the very best! They sell several brand items that otherwise I am running several place to catch. One favorite that comes to mind are the La Perruche Br Sugar Cubes and Mexican Coke in glass bottles. Out of all few places that I have shopped during COVID-19, I think they have done the best job of keeping a distance between shoppers at checkout, washing things down, and having all the staff wear masks. Most of all, the customer service is second to none!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Tom and Jackson Construction. He recently remodeled my downstairs bathroom, turning my dorm like bathroom into my dream bathroom. Tom is such a straight shooter, so upfront and honest, it's refreshing. He's also very pragmatic, for example when we discovered that the bulbs I bought for the light fixture were too bright, he simply offered to install a dimmer switch. That is one small example of how he smoothly deals with hiccups along the way, it's so seamless and effortless with him. When the time comes to redo the upstairs bathroom, I know who I'm calling! “This was our first visit to Lorence’s. We came for U-pick strawberries on the Saturday of 4th of July weekend and expected it might be crowded, but a lot of the cars and people cleared after being soaked by a sudden rainstorm. (Looked like plenty of parking available in the field anyhow). The staff we encountered were all very friendly, sampling while picking was encouraged (which surprised my kids, “Mom, are you sure we can eat one?”) The rows of strawberries were wide enough and had a layer of straw which minimized the mud. Berries were plentiful, price was reasonable for these little gems of sweetness! We hope to be back in late August for raspberry u-pick!”

“Had to have my van towed here to have it diagnosed after it didn’t start in a parking lot. Jason took great care of me over the phone, diagnosed the fuel pump being out and had it replaced within a day. Mike and Dennis were a great help too. After I came to pick up my van, interior lights didn’t work. They brought my van back in and replaced some fuses for me on the spot. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend and return.”

Only small suggestion would be to standardize all startup and maintenance information so to lessen confusion. We had several entries in ours that references different products, none of which were in our package. Substitutions were provided however and they work fine. “I’ve lived in the area over 20 years and enjoyed buying my annuals, perennials, shrubs, grasses and herbs from Farmington Greenhouse every year. It is most impressive how they have served the local community over 65 years – with skill, dedication, and excellence. Michelle and Craig Franzmeier, owners for the past 8 years, continue the tradition of providing exceptional home-grown plant varieties that are ideal for our Zone 4 climate. Long before I’m ready to plant in my spring soil, they are taking plant root cuttings, planting seeds, starting plugs, getting all the seed beds, heaters, sun lamps, and tagging varieties in place. Winters months are busy with making product and seed selections for the coming year. A real natural genius at the green house is Lisa Tousignant, a floral designer. The color, height, and texture combinations that she comes up with are exceptional. As a formal floral designer myself years ago in Kentucky, winning in state floral arrangement competitions, I am confident when I recognize another good eye for design. Pond plants, succulents, cactus and – my favorite - sumptuous hanging baskets are plentiful. Their 26” ones are in solid wireframe baskets that I’ve refilled year after year. Also, I’m fond of the Deroma Terra Cotta Clay Pots that they carry. Most importantly, the plants that I buy from them are healthy; I know that I can count on a good root system under the soil so that the transition to my garden will be easy. Each variety is careful for until sold by an expert. They know just what type of soil, level of sunshine, and how much or little water each variety needs to flourish. And the staff is happy to share their knowledge and passion for gardening. Prices are very fair. Honestly, I am happy to pay them for thier hard work. Highly recommended. We are grateful that they are here, year after year, and want to say thank – you.”

“I just bought a truck to use to tow our camper. I drove 4 hrs with staying over the night before so I could be there early Monday morning. This was all right after new years and when I had talked to Andy the Friday before I had said see you early Monday morning. Now Andy being human spaced they were closed Monday because of new years and texted me Monday to let me know as I was parked in there parking lot. Granted I live 4 hrs away took the day off work stayed over the night before to get this truck. Now I was mad as you can believe!! Tuesday they were to call and give me my deposit back. Tuesday came Juan called me very apologetic and willing to win back my business. They offered to bring the truck to me and I could look at it and told me if I didn't like it I wouldn't have to take it granted I'm 4 hrs from them!! So I offered to meet them half way to be fair and Saturday morning they drove the truck to me brought the paper work and now I have my truck!! Very pleased with them and there over the top willingness to help fix a wrong. People are human and make mistakes but Juan and Andy made it right in my book and next vehicle we will look at them again for one!!!”

“Great experience with these guys. The aftermarket parts guy at Apple Chrysler Ram Jeep partnered with Juan at TM Autosports to have everything but my windshield tinted prior to taking delivery. They did a great job getting the exact level of tint I was looking for and even 3 months down the road when I messed up one panel by putting a suction cup camera mount on it, they gave me a deal on a replacement with a cutout for the suction cup exactly in the spot I needed. Will use these guys again and recommend to others.”
