We went to the Burnsville location, Matt and his coworker were so understanding. patient and fun! They explained her new hearing results in detail; so she had a complete understanding of what would best help her moving forward. And as her caretaker, they made sure I understood as well. They spent two hours with us, never made us feel rushed, and made sure all our questions were answered. “We had a leaking pipe in the ceiling, total nightmare for a homeowner. Jason was so AMAZING, he fit us in right away to diagnose the issue and cap it off so we could at least turn our main water valve back on, of course this happened late on a Thursday so if he wouldn't have fit us in, we could have gone the whole weekend without water. He came back the next week and fixed everything, we were back in business before we even knew it. Very honest, reliable, great communication and the price was very reasonable.
