Weddings at Embassy Suites - Minneapolis Airport

We celebrated our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding at Embassy Suites in September 2019. The venue is amazing, the food and service were exceptional, we had a magical day. Our friends and family continue to tell us how perfect the venue was and how fantastic every part of the meal was. The entire staff was so professional and helpful every step of the way, their guidance helped us enjoy all of the decisions and planning. We had many out of town guests and the Embassy Suites was perfect. Many guests enjoyed other meals at Woolleys. Thank you, thank you!

What an amazing experience. We toured about 5 venues before we came across this one. None of them had that "wow" factor that we where hoping for. Once we set up an appointment and met with the hotels catering manager (wedding planner in our book), we knew this was where we had to get married. From start to finish, color combos, questions and concerns... Allie knew it all! It was like planning our dream day with a best friend. She got to know us first and then gave us some background on herself. Her genuine thoughtfulness and ideas where something we took to heart. You could tell she wanted the best for us. From budget spending, food choices and DJ preference, we had no doubt in our mind that she was thinking about our taste and best interest in mind. If you're looking for someone who: -Understands your needs -Listens to EVERYTHING you say -Helps you budget and get organized -AND fits everything you "must have" into your spending limit while also making you feel valued... ALLIE should be your first choice at the Embassy Suites/Minneapolis Airport. We loved every minute we spent at this hotel.

Choosing this venue was the best decision we ever made regarding our wedding. The interior of the Embassy is beautiful, the customer service from the staff could not have been better, and the overall planning was hassle free. We toured about 4 other venues prior to our appointment at The Embassy. When our tour and meeting with Allie, the wedding planner, was complete, there was no question that we wanted to choose The Embassy for our big day. We didn't even have one negative experience from the beginning of the planning stages to the completion of our wedding weekend. It was Perfect! It's a one stop shop. We purchased the Wedding Fair package which included the florist, cake/cupcakes, DJ, beverages at the reception, ceiling draping, champagne toast, Honeymoon suite and more, all for one price. We trusted the experts for our big day and those experts work at The Embassy Suites - Minneapolis Airport! You will never meet someone more friendly and organized than Allie, their wedding planner. Trust me, that place ROCKS!
